Great place to buy gas very busy during the week.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, around 6:30–7:00 PM, I visited the A&PM located at 305 E Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino, CA (inside the ARCO station). I went in briefly to warm up a burrito I purchased from another store and get some ice. The cashier informed me that I would be charged $1.29 for the ice, which I understood could be store policy. However, what bothered me was the attitude and interaction during the exchange. The employee seemed distracted, dismissive, and engaged in personal conversation with a coworker, barely acknowledging me as a paying customer. I left feeling judged and unwelcome, as though she had prejudged my intentions rather than treating me like a regular customer. I’m not asking for special treatment — only to be treated with basic respect and fairness, regardless of what I’m purchasing. I’ve been to this location before, though not frequently, partly because there are often people loitering outside asking for money, which can be uncomfortable. But I do make purchases when I stop in. It’s disappointing that when I do choose to spend money here, I’m made to feel unwelcome. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and professionalism at this location. Unfortunately we just had a bad experience on top of already struggling just to get by day by day nothing seems to get better ever since the building we lived in was red tagged and we were forced out and to this day have not been able to find a place to live due to high rent and the outrageous fees just to get into a place although the law changed for the better people just aren't abiding by the changes rather than just wording things differently OWNERS are able to still charge us what they want and when you try to explain what the new law says they really don't want to do business with you now back to my dilemma 😢 we went to ampm to get $3 of gas 😢 unfortunately that's all we had so when my nephew went inside to pay not realizing he had given the wrong pump number and because the luck we have someone was already at the pump we just paid $3 for and decided to use the pump that they hadn't paid for so when my nephew went inside to let them know what had just happened he informed him that there was nothing he could do it was bad enough trying to get $3 worth of gas and to have this happen is just double the embarrassment 😳 I'm in the car with my oxygen tank just trying to get to a warm spot and now being on empty there was nothing we could do but pray 🙏 we get to our next destination so needless to say I won't be returning to this gas station ever again I may be in the wrong because my nephew made the mistake 😀 but anyone that pulls in a gas station with barely $3 should be indication that this person is struggling so let me see what I can do but instead turned us away WE WERE ASHAMED AFTER LEAVING THERE JUST AS WE WERE DRIVING IN WITH $3 HAVE A GREAT BETTER DAY 😀I JUST WANT TO ADD TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE WE CALLED THE GOT A VOICE-MAIL NOT SOMETHING WE WERE EXPECTING MAYBE YOU AS THE OWNER CAN JUST LET US RETURN AND GET OUR $3 OF GAS THAT WE PAID FOR INSTEAD OF CALLING AND HOPING YOU GET A CALL THE SAME DAY BECAUSE IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE STILL OUT OF GAS AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT AWAY I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND HOW DISAPPOINTING ALL THIS HAS BEEN WE ONLY HAD $3 HOW HARD WAS IT JUST TO GIVE US OUR GAS ⛽️ PISSED

Wide variety menu and it's all good! Affordable as well.
