I walked in, and i didn’t get told a hi or welcome, what kind of service is this. i proceed to ask him for a pick, we go where the picks are at & guess what, he gives me whatever he wants and doesn’t let me choose, and on top of that i asked him for a different one & he still gave me whatever he chose and don’t even talk about the pricing $10 for a pick is insane, i go to my local shop $5, this place just wants ur money don’t come here doesn’t care about customer service (my husband told me type this for him)

This is my favorite store I visited the smoke shop across the street and the store everyday almost. And every time I go they greet me they even say good morning KD or good evening KD how are you doing how's the family very great people may they continue to prosper.

I give this place 0 stars because I bought a flum disposable and it was dry and old tried to return it and they said they couldn't because I didn't have a receipt while smiling at me. I bought another one thinking maybe it was just a bad one, it was the same exact thing they told me to contact flum that it's not their fault that I got a bad one.
