Came in to buy a Puffco Pivot after they refused to give me a price over the phone and told me I had to come in person. Got there and they were $50 over MSRP. When I pushed back, the guy told me “that’s the price everywhere.” Walked two minutes down the street and bought the exact same unit at MSRP, no hassle. Don’t waste your time here. They’ll dodge your questions, markup products above retail, and brush you off when you call it out. Better options are literally steps away. Fado is the man in the shop that I dealt with most. He is very knowledgeable very helpful. Very nice on top of the smoke shop is open until 11 o’clock. We were on the peninsula for family and he was more than helpful. , I had accidentally left my ATM card there. without hesitation I went back the next day and he just smiled and handed me my card back. This man was a wealth of information. The amount of inventory they had is incredible. The diversity of inventory they had was incredible too. I can’t refer this shop and it’s staff FADO enough. I was so appreciative of his knowledge and his help. Go there check it out, browse their inventory and make sure you tell him that one of the reviews made you come into his shop! Highly recommended!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the best people in the best smoke shop around. I REALLY APPRECIATE the gesture! The place is CLEAN and impressive. The prices are comparable to other smoke shops in the area. HOWEVER, they have a MUCH LARGER selection than MOST shops! Hit them up if you're ever in San Carlos.

So glad you guys moved into the neighborhood! You got just about everything a person could ask for in a headshop. Bomb incense, those nifty little in menthol cards and decently priced cigarettes. I actually just bought some jewelry for my nose piercing today! The only thing that's missing is chocolate candy... Lol! Love that you guys are here. Please stay a long time!
