After only a few days of use, the product became defective. It would not charge properly and would not turn on consistently. I contacted the seller immediately and explained the issue. The seller claimed that I must have dropped the item in water, which is completely false. The item was never exposed to water or physical damage. Despite the product being defective, the seller refused to replace it. I also spoke with their customer service by phone, and the only solution they offered was a $10 refund, which I do not consider acceptable for a defective product. Because the merchant refused to properly resolve the issue, I contacted the payment processing company to dispute the transaction and request a refund. This experience has been very disappointing. The product I purchased from this brand did not work properly, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again anymore!

I have been going to this shop for a year now, yes I smoke. You couldn't find a friendlier store owner than Mousa, always has smile and welcomes you by name. I don't think you could find a more comprehensive variety of smoking, vaping, cigars, plus all other related paraphernalia, in all of Orange County. Their prices are quite competitive and the service is just superb. I highly recommend them for any of your smoking needs.
