Very friendly and upbeat staff- the line was very fast moving and the security guard was very cool also. This is one of only a small number of dispensaries I’ve been to at this point in San Diego and it’s a very groovy vibe. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone

My two most recent visits were great. Enough to so give the staff some credit, respect and recognition. The staff was great. The check in awesome person, floor staff awesome, cashiers were also awesome. They were kind and compassionate offered help and let me shop then when I had questions they were available and provided some information about some of the items I was considering I never felt like they were pressuring a sale or being pushy to move any particular products. Little did they know I was having a horrible day and ended up having issues with my bank card and how helpful and understanding they were was very nice and helped turn my day around. Then revisit today and some of the staff was different but the same quality customer service and kindness was there. thankfully my card worked fine this time. Just wanted to give some credit/flowers/ respect to the staff who I'm sure can be underappreciated at times. You all do well and it makes a difference thank you.

I used to come here a lot. Now everytime I come, even Monday at noon, there is a line. So you have to wait. And on purpose, they waste your time getting chatty instead of looking at how long the line is behind them. Today I had Dave. He was unaware of how many people were waiting to leave the store. So I let him know and I took some pictures. Now they’re letting huge animals inside. This is a Rottweiler. What the hell happened here? Did management walk away from this location? Hands down buzz is one of the top best shops in SD it’s not that complex no shade to the bad reviews bad experiences but it’s very hard to believe I’ve been loyal coming to the buzz locations I’ve never had issues some of the best staff fire products unbeatable prices!…yesterday I came in ,there was an inconvenience one of the workers very beautiful Cordial great attitude stepped up her name was Sarai She took initiative checked me out and without even asking she made my day made up for the inconvenience.Little compassion goes a long way buzz always comes through every time! 💯🔥

If you want security over your shoulders and asking to check your pockets after your purchase because they don’t know the difference between car keys and regular product, then this is the right place to visit. They did search me but found NOTHING in my pockets but car keys, cellphone, wallet and a napkin. I felt extremely uncomfortable and humiliated just over an accusation by security especially being a person of color. As a loyal customer of several years, five years plus by the way, who’s always friendly to the staff and drop at least $500 a week at the store, I will NOT be returning to this store again. Word of mouth is always quicker than this post, by the way.
