They have updated their hours and are now open at 7am which is a godsend for those trying to get their vapes and products before work. Good vibes, great inventory and a friendly staff. I would definitely recommend check this place out!

I’ve been coming to Exotic Smoke Shop for a while, but lately the experience has been really disappointing. Ever since AJ left, the overall service has noticeably gone downhill. First, the prices have clearly gone up. I understand that things are more expensive these days, and I was just making a light comment about it—but the staff responded in a sarcastic and passive-aggressive way, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. As a customer, that kind of attitude is really off-putting. The main point is the service just isn’t what it used to be. The staff seem less friendly and less willing to help, and it feels like customers are more of a bother than anything else. Overall, it’s just not the same shop anymore. Hopefully management takes this seriously.

Came in with decent expectations, but left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The product range wasn’t as wide as I thought, and the overall vibe didn’t really stand out compared to other nearby shops. Might work for some people, just didn’t quite click for me.

My favorite smoke shop in San Diego. Has an extensive variety of every kind of cake or accessory you could need to get feeling right. Don really hooked me up! Will be back.
