★★☆☆☆ This review is not about the quality of the products. It’s about customer service and consistency, which are extremely important to me when supporting a business. An employee previously told me that if I came in between 7 and 10 a.m., I could receive 10% off products, even if they were already discounted. I came in previously and received the discount based on that information. When I came in today during the same timeframe, I was told that they should never have given me that discount in the first place and that it wasn’t something they offer. I understand that employees can make mistakes, but as a customer, I shouldn’t have to worry about who knows the policies and who doesn't. I came in during those hours specifically to get the discount. What made the experience worse was the lack of friendliness and customer service during the interaction. If there are specific policies regarding discounts, those policies should be communicated consistently by everyone working there. It’s about the inconsistency and the way the situation was handled, and unfortunately, that experience was disappointing. Because of that experience, I will not be returning; there are too many other shops around for this lady's lack of customer service!

Stopped by Harbor Collective today and had another great experience. Everyone there is always chill and helpful, and they actually take time to answer questions instead of just trying to rush you out. The shop is clean, organized, and they usually have good deals on flower, carts, and edibles. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the service is always quick and easy. Definitely my go-to spot lately.
