Love love love Nyala’s Smoke Shop! Their selection of merchandise is unbelievable and they always have the products I’m looking for. Alan takes great care of me, once in awhile adds a little extra item or two. There are so many products that I’ve never heard of, it’s fun to look at everything.

Worst customer service! I used to like buying from this place until the new guy working there started and each chance I’ve given it has been more unbearable, he’s extremely rude, not helpful at all, and they’ve lost my business for good!
