I had a great experience at this vape shop, and a big part of that was thanks to Nadia. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for, but she took the time to explain the options clearly and helped me find exactly what suited me best. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Nadia was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. She made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. If you stop by this shop, I highly recommend asking for Nadia — she’ll take good care of you.

Five stars! Nadia gave me absolutely super service. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is completely unmatched, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend working with her!

Nadia was very helpful and patient with me while I asked to look at several pieces. She has great customer service and is a sweetie. Great selection good prices!!

Hands down my favorite shop in the county. It's absolutely stocked to the gills, open 24/7, great prices and selection, quality rewards system, and amazing, helpful staff. I live in downtown, and while there's no shortage of shops I could just WALK to... I always drive up to Hillcrest to visit these guys, just because of how awesome they are. 5/5, every single time.
