Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The owner aggressively claims and controls parking spaces that do not appear to legally belong to this business. Instead of speaking respectfully, he acted in a hostile, confrontational, and intimidating manner. He stood over me and watched until I moved my vehicle, creating an atmosphere of pressure, fear, and intimidation. I genuinely felt unsafe during this interaction. No customer should ever be treated this way. This was not normal customer service - it felt like harassment and bullying over parking. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive behavior. I will never return and strongly advise others to be cautious.

I had the opportunity to stop in the shop and pick up a few things. The young man staffing the store was nice attentive and knew where everything was that I was looking for. They have a lot of stuff there that is way cheaper cost wise compared to other stores in the area. I even chopped it up with the guy working there about motorcycles for a little bit. I definitely shop here more often.

If i could give zero stars I would.. Save your money go somewhere else. I bought an item from here. It was defective I walk in 30 seconds later showing them they sold me something broken....they tried to charge me again. Full price to replace what they sold me broken. So after arguing they sell me what I need..at half price...ok whatever. And its broken again. I return this Mofo wanted to say sorry ill sell you another one. Dude...after saying I wanted a manager he finally just gave the thing. So 3 times..and guess what i get home its freaking broken......please. Save yourself do not come here. Literally any other shop in pb b is good

Great very quick service and great prices every time, never been disappointed. except for one employee where English isn't his first language but that can't be helped

I was so happy to see that it says this smoke shop is open till midnight on a Sunday, so I drive all the way down here & it's only 11:30pm & the place is closed! Like all lights off, completely dark & everything! So very disappointed..!
