The owner of this smoke shop stole my ice cream freezer. This guy, his name is rimon. He is a bad businessmen he's not a man of his word And aside of that, he steals my freezer, I was his ice cream vendor and he did not order. Ice cream for 9 months. So I went to ask him to please return it to me. Because this freezer is not his and he simply told me, come back later. When I went back later the freezer was gone He stole my freezer. This guy is so horrible person. A bad businessman. That just takes advantage of his vendors, and customers.

Refused me service because of my service dog. As soon as I walked in he shook his head no and told me he can’t let dogs in here. Because if he lets me he has to let everybody with dogs in. She didn’t misbehave, didn’t bark, just walked in. His reasoning was he can’t clean the floor. She wasn’t dirty. Lost service from someone willing to buy stuff. Told him it was illegal to refuse me service and he said I know. That’s just ridiculous. I’m a wounded warrior and just wanted a vape. Refused service for service dog.

That's where I go to buy my vapes. They have like 50 different flavors for Elf bars

What a rip off. I bought a glass piece and on first use it snapped from the heat. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE QUARTS. They refused an exchange and on top of that when I went to the shop around the corner on Broadway they have the Identical piece for ½ the cost. This place is awful avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service, the personas was rushing me with my choice of purchase and when I asked questions he answered laconicly. At one point he even started to make a phone call to his significant other while attending me. I had to wait for him to be off the phone to continue my inquiery. Had an even worse shopping experience with the items I purchased. When I got home I noticed why, the items are of poor craftsmanship. Enough to say I am not coming back to this smoke shop.
