Coming from someone that frequents quite a few various smoke shops, this one is by FAR the BEST in San Diego. I stopped by this smoke shop for the first time after a late date night out at the Lips restaurant right across the street. I entered with the intention of only getting a lighter, and I left with a newfound reliable smoke shop to always visit. Upon entry, my partner and I were greeted by Arty and a taller man that were both not only beautiful energy-wise, but also unbelievably informational. I had been on the search for a new dab e-rig for my birthday coming up, but was still quite lost. I was seeking information about the difference between the CARTA versus the Puffco and all of the information given to me was entirely accurate and more abundant than the information I had acquired online through my own personal research. Given the hefty price, I wanted to sit on my decision and make sure that I was making the right choice. I particularly had my eye on the CARTA 2, but the availability was limited and upon revisiting the shop, I believe someone snagged the last one in Black before I made my decision! However, I was informed that they did carry the CARTA Sport. Considering that this is a reasonably expensive purchase, I wanted to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted... but giving my business to any other establishment just didn't feel right after our immensely positive encounter. I called around a few other smoke shops and actually identified another one that carried the CARTA 2. However, my gut kept pushing me to rethink. I then began to consider the fact that the CARTA 2 products have been discontinued for at least an entire year and the idea of getting a product that had been potentially been sitting on the shelves for years didn't sit right with me. My intuition led me right back to The Cage. I continued my research on the CARTA Sport, knowing in my mind I wanted to give this establishment my business. I genuinely couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by the specs of the CARTA Sport. I became absolutely enamoured, then I remembered Arty explaining their experience using the CARTA for the first time and I just knew the decision was already made. I asked my boyfriend to rush over to The Cage and I ended up settling on the Lilac color for the CARTA Sport, however I do not believe Arty was there at the time. Nonetheless, I was relayed that the energy when my partner purchased the product was immaculate. You can't go wrong with this smoke shop. New customers for LIFE!!!
