Missing product and damaged product I was ordering from them every couple weeks, but now I stopped they sent my product which was not working. That’s the first picture the second picture. I also ordered a lost Mary pineapple peach mango, which was not in the package what you see is the package and the other vape They do not stand by nothing so don’t waste your money because so far they got me for over $40. I will not be ordering from them again. I gave them one star because you have to give them a star. Otherwise they would’ve gotten nothing. All I got was emails telling me to send pictures I sent my pictures and I can think of so like I said listen to me please don’t waste your money go to a vape store around your area all they do is send emails and give you the runaround not a responsible place to be ordering from. That’s my advice to anyone out there.

Update! Recd my order today. Almost 2 months later. Do not order online from this company, unless you're prepared to wait. CC was charged the day the order was placed, but still no confirmation anything has shipped. Perfect Vape has fantastic service online if you're looking. Plus giving this company my DL was alarming and wish I'd never visited this site.

Placed an order over a month ago. First, they shipped the wrong items. Sent them back. Said they would send correct shipment. One month has gone by. Still no new shipment. Definitely would not want to deal with these guys again. Luckily I ordered with a credit card so I can contact the credit card company and make sure they don’t get paid on my order since they never sent anything.

Absolutely horrible! My last 200$ order they sent me the completely wrong products...I called and called and no one answers their phone. I sent over 5 emails before getting a response 2 weeks later. They asked me to send the wrong order back and they would send out my correct order. I did it immediately and sent them the pic of my post office receipt. Another 2 weeks go by and of course nothing from them. They are super quick to take your money but do not follow through on their end. I have read nothing but bad reviews and should have known better. I learned the hard way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Beyond fed up and will never use this company again. So sad because I actually had good experiences until April 30th, 2024, when I placed an online order like usual and I still haven't recieved any product. You're lucky If you can even reach anyone or get a response to your emails. I asked for a refund for the 2 orders I placed, and they are not complying, they just send me an email saying a new rep has taken over. They're scamming people. I had to file disputes with my bank because they refuse to give me my $200 back!
