I actually discovered this place by chance while walking down the street late one night and made a point to come back the next day — and I’m really glad I did. The store is clean, beautifully set up, and has a wide selection of everything you’d expect from a great smoke shop. Customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, which made it even better. I’d highly recommend Future Flavors Market to friends, family, and anyone looking for a reliable spot with great service, selection, and atmosphere.

This is one of the only places I know in SF that is 24/7. It's the only 24/7 smoke shop I'm aware of, & one of the best in town. It's exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and prices are fair. The staff are very approachable, not even slightly pushy (i.e. sales) & know the ins & outs of their products! You can tell time & effort were put together before manifesting this awesome shop. If you happen to be anywhere near Union Square, it'll be worth the stop! Enjoy!

Rude staff... I tried to purchase a simple candy bar and a very rude staff member yelled out that he couldn't sell me the candy bar. I just asked why..all I received was a you have to get out of here. Boycott

IDK where this friendly and wonderfully helpful smoke shop is that these positive reviews are written about, BUT, it mos def is not about the one I walked into last night... however I did flick it one star for 24/7 hr of operation thang, but besides that the whole interaction was me asking for a torch for 10-15 bucks and the boy behind the counter tells me if that is all I have to spend he can't help me...so I turned and walked out. AMAZING experience....it won't be open long, that is the best it can hope for. Stick that i your vape and puff on it😮‍💨😤

Saw one of the employees threw something at a customer for asking a question. Made me feel so uncomfortable.
