The staff is extremely rude, the owner or manager got in my face for asking simple questions and told me to i can “keep looking” as if i wasn’t going to buy anything. he called my girlfriend “little asian” and was shaking while talking to me. he’s clearly on something. the other staff acted as if it was normal for their manager to tweak out they just watched, one didn’t even look up from their phone. Aside from my interactions with the staff i also have purchased a bong from them before that came with scratches on the bottom and when i brought it back in they said all sales final.. then maybe don’t scratch up american made glass.

This is my go to smoke shop! And it's the best/nicest one I've ever been to. It has such a nice variety of glass, affordable and higherend. I have spent almost an hour in here one time just looking at beautiful glass. I recently got a yellow worked bong from here and it is amazing! The service is very good, the people are very genuine, kind and patient. Love it here!!

I cannot say better words about this place. I’ve been shopping at this store since 2009 and I’ve never been disappointed. I try to go there every time I’m in the City. The guys are fantastic, super nice and personable. I live in the Midwest so I’m only in the City once every few years but it’s a must on my list. Was in the City this past weekend for my bday. Was shopping there and was talking with the owner’s son? He was super nice and offered to find my shirt size off the rack hanging from the wall. I had no problem looking for my size myself but he insisted. I mentioned that I like to frequent the store when I’m in town and how I lived in the neighborhood several years ago. That started a conversation about how the neighborhood was then and how it is today. I also told him about some shirts I had bought in the past and he knew the ones I was speaking of. I had some questions about pricing and he was very helpful. Set me up with the tshirts I was wanting to purchase and even threw in a free sticker! I love this store!! I’ve been disappointed with this store and its employees.
