The bast smoke shop in Bay Area they have everything good prices a nice customer service

Buzz is like 2 blocks from my house, so it’s very convenient. I’ve been coming here for years. The tall guy is always friendly and has a genuine welcoming vibe. They always have American Spirit loose leaf tobacco, which is surprisingly hard to find at some smoke shops. Also, I got an awesome Diamond Glass “water pipe” there a year ago for a super good price. I saw an identical piece from Diamond at a different smoke shop for $40 more than what Buzz was charging. Good prices, good people! Check them out!

This is my local neighborhood smoke shop, and I love the atmosphere here. Super friendly staff that knows what they're doing. If you have any questions they almost always have an answer, if not it feels like a learning experience together. They always have the new flavors of e cigs before other shops and are always in stock...I never really have to worry about my flavor running out.

If there's one thing I cannot stand when it comes to business, it's inconsistency. I routinely, weekly come into Buzz to get a 150 count Krave Maeng Da kratom bottle for $30 OTD. I've been doing this for several months now. The worker today was unwilling to do this, I went down the street to another smoke shop and got the same bottle for $24 OTD. This shop has lost my business and now, I will be going to this other business on Winchester for my kratom.
