I'm from out of state and came here to get a new dab rig I could use while traveling. I was helped by a very nice young lady and paid cash and was excited. I left only to find that what I had bought was broken, so I took it back and all they did was say sorry and that there was nothing they could do, not even a refund. That was after making me wait for 45 minutes and telling me they would make it right. This place sucks, and the owner is a terrible business person who doesn't value their customers or quality merchandise. I would never come back or recommend to any one I, not even people I dislike.

I live out of state and ordered a couple of 14mm drop downs for my rig off their website. I'm giving Dab Society Glass a 1 star for poor customer service. My E mail confirmation showed the correct address and apartment number. They handwritten my address on the package with the wrong apartment number. After the tracking through USPS said it was delivered, I went to my mailbox and it was empty. I called Dab Society and was told a manager would contact me. That never happened. I called 3x about this issue that week and was assured the manager would contact me. Never happened. I asked them if they had a business account with USPS and if they could find out on their end what happened? They did nothing to help. I found out from the post office it was addressed to a different apartment number and when I mentioned that to the employee his exact words were "so it sounds like you have it figured out then?" What I figured out was Dab society sent my drop downs to the wrong address and left the burden of figuring out what went wrong to me. I was really upset when I realized they were the ones that screwed up and did nothing to correct it on their end. Not even a follow up call by a manager to ask what happened or any offer to help. This is honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The error was on their end and they should have sent me another drop down and tried to recover the product they shipped to the wrong person themselves. Or they could have called USPS as the business that sent the box, and would have realized they wrote the wrong apartment number down on the box. They could not have cared any less, or showed any less concern for the fact that I didn't receive what I paid for or what happened after the sale.

They had ok stuff for ok prices. I brought a coupon for 20% and he gave me 30% an 20% overpriced piece so I didn't get to even use the coupon. If you didn't understand that don't bring coupons just haggle.
