I've bought cigars from here on several occasions. The last 2 times I've had issues with their cigars. First, pest in the cigar. This latest time, today, both cigars I couldn't get a pull from them. I think they are over-humidifier their room as I remember seeing some packed cigars with some mold. Nothing more frustrating. It was a Romeo & Julieta and an Arturo Fuentes. I'll think twice before buying a cigar from here again.

I have been to this store many times, and it's always the same 2 men working there, who have always been friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences here! And they have reasonable prices also. I really like this smoke shop. Possibly my favorite in San Jose!?

It was Barbara's first day! She was such a delightful sweetheart! It was my first time there too. The carton was $7 more than the regular place I go to. But instead of buying chocolates, I was able to get necessities like bags to organize earrings in and kept my new years resolution: only ONE king sized Snickers a day. Plus lots of interesting products to explore. Definitely coming back. 👍🏽👍🏽

I went in today and the dude who was working the counter today was honestly really helpful and used a very calm tone with me. With a lot of these shops that have middle eastern owners a lot of them can come off as rude but I believe his name was akbar or something he was just really nice and made me feel very welcomed, will be back for my smoking supplies :) they are pretty cheap with their stuff, some glass pieces are a bit pricey tho.
