Unlike other shops that only focus on sales, the staff here prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction above everything else. They maintain an impressively comprehensive inventory of VFUN PEBBLE products, ensuring zero out-of-stock issues for my daily favorite flavors. Every time I shop here, they patiently introduce the unique taste profile of each VFUN PEBBLE variant, helping me discover new amazing flavors I would have never tried on my own.

I have never seen such a disrespectful service in my life. As they did not answer my questions, I was cursed behind my back when I was leaving the store. It is surprising that even this kind of business survives. If you don't know how to talk to the customer, don't do this. Definitely a place to stay away from.

Short guy with a little thin stache and beanie had a very rude demeanor. I went to ask him about a vape flavor and as i was asking him i accidentally called the store. And i said, “oops sorry for calling just now”. He shrugged his shoulders and laughed as if it was odd to call a vape store prior to coming in. I was very confused as to why he laughed at me for accidentally dialing the store. (I had just called to confirm they sell flavored vapes). And then the guy goes you called the store before coming in? And laughed again. I’m not sure if he’s autistic but he needs help with how to speak to customers. Something is very off with him… He also argued with every thing i asked and looked at me like I’m weird. (I am working on my home and doing construction, so i might look dirty/rugged).

dont buy. Low quality and bad customer service i bought 4 disposables 3 days ago and it turns out only one is working. I asked to replace and the clerk apparently surprised and asked me when did i buy them. they only accept replacement only the day when you bought them. But imagine only 1 out of 4 is working. 3 of them are Leaking; Not usable; Dead.

Love the selection and love the service, I've been going to Great vape since they opened back in 2013 so I'm always going to them for my vape stuff.
