Diamond in the rough for heady glass seekers, fr they have 25 year old Og brands waiting for your nostalgic discovery. One of the coolest dudes was working there, bro knew his history. I HIGH-ly recommend this spot. They have a 25 year old dust collector for those who remember Sky Glass, Lux, Jerome Baker, Zob, High Si, PhX, and many local and national glass blowers too.

I've been a customer at this shop over some years. Nothing but good experiences. The last time I was there I had came in specifically for a 3DXL chamber for my puffco. She had brought me to the case to show her which one it was which I should have seen as a red flag because you should know the products you're selling. This would be my first 3DXL chamber so I'm unfamiliar with the packaging. I mistakenly choose a 3D chamber which is on me but when I called about it, the same lady was extremely rude to me over my genuine concern...now I have no issues spending the money but if that's how you handle customer service I'll spend my money elsewhere. Do better.

(*1st paragraph = a situation that happened to me Friday night, please scroll down for an honest review of store after reading) * I hate leaving a review for something of this nature, however if your hours are 9 AM to 10 PM and The door is locked at 9:58 PM, thats super lame. I cut it way to close but i work till 9:30 & am upset i waisted my gas. Especially because i cant enjoy my night now because you're employing people that lock up early.. & i couldn't PURCHASE A NEW NAIL.. . Super lame. To avoid speaking with me they stayed inside until I pulled out at 10:04. I would've been gone two minutes after arriving and you would've been $20 richer for the night. Customer service guys come on. I would love to update my review after a manager reaches out to me. The customer service at this store is top-notch. The staff is very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are very observant of customers' preferences and make helpful suggestions. They also take the time to explain how the products work, which has helped me save money. I really appreciate the service at this store. My friendly neighborhood store. I miss my guy that use to be in store 24/7??? Did they sale store??
