This place has such a chill vibe. The hookah was smooth and flavorful, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. I ended up staying way longer than I planned because it was so comfortable.

Stopped by late one night and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe was chill, the crowd was relaxed, and the hookah flavors were really good. Perfect place to unwind.

⭐ 0/5 — Worst Service Experience (Visited Today) I visited Pan Hookah Lounge in San Jose today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of three and ordered one hookah. Even though the lounge was almost empty (maybe three other customers at most) and the worker was the only one working, it still took 15 - 20 minutes just to get our hookah. When we finally got it, the hookah wasn’t hitting at all — very low smoke and poor quality. The worker spent most of his time on his phone instead of checking on customers. When I politely told him the hookah wasn’t good, he responded rudely, saying “I made the hookah, so it should be perfect.” That’s not how you talk to customers. We asked him to fix it, but he refused unless we paid $12 extra just to change the bowl. All three of us explained that the hookah was bad from the moment we got it, but he didn’t care. He said he would give a discount on a refill — but still charged us full price, including extra person charges, which was completely unfair. On top of that, he never came back to change the charcoal. The service used to be good here, but it has become the worst. Yes, he was working alone — but considering the place wasn’t busy at all, there was no excuse for the attitude and lack of service. He seriously needs customer service training because this is not how you treat paying customers. I will not return and I do not recommend Pan Hookah Lounge to anyone. They honestly deserve 0 stars.

A very decent hookah lounge. Their selection of flavors are on point. I tried multiple paan flavors and they do a really good job of mixing different exotic flavors. Their staff is also very friendly. Also the vibes are nice. Not too overly loud or ear deafening like some hookah lounges can be.

Roaches living on the wall dead ass. Smell is wiiiildd. talk about a trip to india. Im all for adventure but I cant believe its this bad
