I went in today to look at the carts. While I was in there, a customer came back to complain about a cart being empty. She was rude and could've handled the situation more professional. Even if the customer was wrong, she could have dealt with the issue without an attitude, she made the environment feel hostile. She was also rude to me when I tried making conversation after that awkward encounter. I didn't catch her name, but she was a female with a black hat on and too much blush.
