I normally really enjoy this store. But they have lost my business as well as many people i know because of the girl working. There prices are all over the place. The employee opened hours late. I was actually very kind and she refused me service all because I said " happy Saturday " she gave me a dirty look and I said" oh, ok must not be a good Saturday " she gave me alot of attitude and refused me service. My $150 was spent else where

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the customer service here is honestly awful. The woman working there is consistently rude and dismissive. It feels like customers are an inconvenience to her. Management should seriously improve customer service.

Loved this store. Been buying regularly, but today I went in and got attitude from the worker if that was not enough, two weeks ago I spent $100, the same cost $120 today. Inconsistent pricing is a quick way to loose customers. Consider this one as lost. The good thing is that there are plenty other smoke shots around. Good luck.
