I really liked stopping by the smoke shop bc it’s in my neighborhood and the customer service was awesome! Today I went in and didn’t find the down stem piece that broke on my bong. They didn’t have the size, and that was fine. But the lack of customer service from the guy working was terrible 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. I understand the upselling and recommending a new bong. But this young man was rude and dismissive. Such an attitude when I simply explained that the bong is sentimental and I was only looking to replace the down stem piece. I’ve been here lots of times and the taller gentleman who is a little older, I think than the person who was there today. HE was friendly, listened and didn’t make me feel judged for not wanting to buy and replace my bong. Not even a “Thank You for coming in, have a nice day” when I left 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤔 Maybe some online customer service clips would be helpful 😉.
