One star. And that’s only because I can’t give zero. I came to grab some vape coils and juice — and honestly, I’ve never seen customer service this bad. The girl working there (maybe 20–25 years old) clearly prefers scrolling Reels to actually helping customers. I politely asked for RPM 3 coils, even told her the brand, model, and wattage. She glanced at the wall, said “we don’t have those,” and went back to her phone — even though the exact coils were literally right in front of her. I explained that I couldn’t see the small print from far away, asked her to take a closer look — but nope, she kept watching her phone like I was invisible. Then she randomly grabbed LP2 and 3 coils instead — completely different ones. Does she even know how to read? Not sure. But she sure knows how to scroll. Finally, I spotted the correct coils myself on a lower shelf and asked for those exact ones — she still handed me the wrong package, without even looking up. I walked out empty-handed because clearly, she couldn’t care less. If your staff cares more about TikTok than customers. Dear owner: train your staff to actually read product labels before they lose all your regulars.

THIS PLACE NEVER OPENS AT 8AM. Every single time I’ve come, the openers come at 8:15a, 8:20a, 8:28am, etc…. If you value your time and need something at 8am..DO NOT COME HERE.

Love it Here! Super informative and helpful. I didn’t feel one bit judged for asking questions and even was given a great deal on the vapes I bought. You can tell they take great pride in their shop as there wasn’t a speck of dust to be seen on any of the glass displays which has to be done often with busy street their on. I’ll be back for more and already have my eyes on some great unique gift ideas for my 420 pals.
