Excellent customer service. Gives very good advice for newcomers to the cigar world. I asked for very specific cigars and also very specific kinds of flavors. My expectations got met by 100%. The biggest surprise was that Jim kept one specific cigar which I asked for in mind and when I came back to the store he pulled out a box with this specific cigar. I'd say that's very rare nowadays. The man can talk paint of a wall, and will regale you with stories about cigar manufacturers, movies, baseball, and just about anything you could want to have a fun conversation about. Yes, you may be able to purchase cigars for less online, but coming here is a full experience well worth the time and money. Had a fabulous experience at San Francisco cigar shop in San leandro, met the owner Jim. What a great guy. Exchanged some good stories, talked about the history of the shop. I could have talk to him all day. But let's get down to business. I walked in with a certain amount of money to spend to buy a cigar for my friends 60th birthday. Jim walked me though some cigars and showed me a nice 3 cigar set. Top quality for sure. Even though for him I would spend less money in his shop, he took care of me and had some great conversations that I won't soon forget. Great personality dressed very well with I very classy tie. Not what I was expecting. This is not a smoke shop. The moment you walk in your senses are alive and alert, thank you Jim, it was my pleasure to meet you sir.

Went in as a first time cigar smoker and I came out a pro the owner told me everything I should know about cigars and were to start and what cigars I should start smoking we had a great time talking and he has some great story’s can’t wait to smoke my cigars and go back to chose some more if you get a chance stop by talk to him you will have a great time we spent 45 minutes talking and laughing and chosing cigars he has a big selection to chose from
