New guy I guess maybe middle-Easter looking kid with very bad attitude. Came in acknowledging the fact I was coming in before close, but I always try tot be quick which I did indeed. Greated with nothing but a snarky attitude. I’ve been coming here for years and loved this place. I had also brought my skateboard and backpack and a few groceries which I left by the door and as I was finishing grabbing my stuff, he said loudly GEt Out! Horrible customer service from this fellow. He said not to go back as an argument ensued after the previous statement and I indeed WILL BE BACK TO TAKK TO MANAGEMENT. Not trying to be a Karen, just can recognize a really bad attitude when I see one

I was so naive. I ask for pre rolls. Thinking that the place was a dispensary. I got scammed. They sell TCHA pre rolls that taste like car air fresheners and cost $30 for 5,or $10 for the single. Not cool to mislead and lie to neighbors or anyone. Won’t be returning to this place.

Very bad customer service. Owner was yelling at me for trying to return a defective product, saying why it took me a week to try and return it. Like sorry that I have a full-time job and kids. 🤣 They obviously don't care about their reputation, customers, or returning business. I've been coming here for years, but since this new owner has taken over, I'm not coming back.

Guy charged us $20 for a clear glass slide flower bowl, we went back in to see why. He said they originally cost $25 but he gave it to us for $20. Pretty shady.

They felt compelled to lie about being new owners.weird.
