I’ve been going to San Rafael Smoke Shop for the past couple of years and I can honestly say they are one of the best shops around. Alex, Leo, and Sam are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful every single time I come in. They genuinely care about their customers and always go above and beyond, whether it’s helping you find exactly what you need, giving the best price they can, or quickly making things right if there’s ever an issue. They have an amazing selection of beautiful glass pieces, novelty items, tobacco, cigars, and more, but what really makes this place stand out is the people. You’re always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. It’s rare to find customer service this consistently good these days. If you’re ever looking for a great smoke shop in San Rafael, this is absolutely the place to go. I Highly recommend And won’t shop anywhere else! I love this little shop and the guys that run it. Not only do they have all the (fairly priced!) tobacco and legal grown folks product you might want, they also offer the best freshest incense and cold Yerba Mate at the ready. They also now have some absurdly delicious Dubaian chocolate and other tasty things to satisfy your sweet tooth. More than anything, they're NICE and professional, and from what I've seen, they treat their very broad range of customers the same. Can't ask for more than that. ♡

Sam, Alex, and Leo are great guys. Always have great attitudes and respect towards their customers. They always want to ensure that you have a good customer experience. I will always stay loyal to my guys here. Plus they have a well equipped shop.

I love this shop. Alex and Sam are always super friendly knowledgeable and the store is always stocked with their products they offer. Prices are super competitive as well. Definitely go check out the shop they have a wide selection to choose from.
