First and foremost, Evelyn absolutely came in clutch. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. No matter what questions I had, she took the time to point me in the right direction and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. What really stood out was how welcoming and approachable she was throughout the entire interaction. Some people are good at customer service because it’s their job. Others are good at it because they genuinely enjoy helping people. Evelyn falls into the second category. The store itself is also seriously impressive. The inventory selection is absolutely massive. Whatever you’re looking for, chances are they either have it or have three different versions of it. The variety of products, accessories, glassware, and water filtration devices is honestly kind of wild. You can walk in looking for one thing and spend the next fifteen minutes discovering products you didn’t even know existed. It’s basically the Costco of “well, that’s actually pretty cool.” The entire location is clean, organized, easy to navigate, and incredibly well-stocked. Nothing feels cluttered or chaotic despite the huge inventory. Everything feels intentional and professionally presented. And the convenience factor is huge. Easy location. Friendly staff. Great selection. Smooth experience. That’s a winning combination. What impressed me most was that the positive energy wasn’t limited to one interaction. The entire atmosphere of the store felt welcoming, relaxed, and customer-focused from start to finish. No pressure. No attitude. No unnecessary sales tactics. Just good people helping customers find what they need. That’s timeless. That’s white-glove service. That’s the kind of experience that turns first-time customers into repeat customers. Huge gratitude to Evelyn for the kindness, professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. Just stopped by here to get a vape and not only did he helped me out answering any questions I had with recommendations but allowed me to charge my electric scooter that was dead whilst I was shopping and for a bit after to ensure I could get home. Great customer service and knows his stuff. Recommended.

This place is fantastic, with the lowest prices around on a ton of items! It’s perfect for Nectar Collector fans and offers the best ceramic tips you’ll find anywhere in OC. The main guy working here is super chill and provides exceptional customer service along with great recommendations. He’s also really patient, which is awesome because they have such a wide selection, plus snacks, drinks, and clothing! I tend to ask a lot of questions, especially when prices aren’t clearly displayed—because honestly, if you don't want me inquiring about the price of every item I’m interested in, it would be great to have visible signs and labels. Seems like common sense, right? Unfortunately, that’s not the case in most shops, but this place really stands out!

Good service. Probably the best prices and quantity and quality that I've ever seen in a smoke shop and I have been smoking for years. And so I'm very happy with the selection. I recommend this store for anybody that loves to go to smoke shops and enjoy the products that they provide

Customer service was great but the rig I got suck to the point it’s unusable. I connected my enail to it and the suction is horrible you gotta use all your lung power for it to barely start bubbling. Ive had this enail since 2015 and have used it on hundreds of bongs and rigs and have never had this issue. It was a real disappointment since I already have multiple bongs and rigs and didn’t really need anything new but decided to buy this and to my surprise it just didn’t work. Waste of my money and for that reason I just wouldn’t come back.
