I had a great experience at Cloud Master Smoke Shop thanks to Joseph. He did an amazing job helping me out and made the whole visit easy and stress-free. His customer service was top-tier — very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about all the products. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with great service and people who actually know what they’re talking about, this is the place. Come here, shop here, and be a good customer — you’ll be treated right!

Best smoke shop in OC hands down! Came here after my go-to shop stopped carrying what I needed. First time I came in here (after hitting up like 5 or 6 horrible shops with lame, bored, uninterested employees, terrible selection, and absurdly high prices), Yusuf was so helpful and awesome. Helped me find what I wanted and was genuinely interested in making sure I got a quality product. He has great selection but if he doesn't have a brand I want, he's totally willing to order it. NEVER had a smoke shop owner offer that, ever. Cherry on top is the prices. BEST PRICES of any smoke shop I've been to. I'm a regular and get great customer service every single time. Ditch whichever lame smoke shop you're going to now and come to Clouds Master. You'll thank me.

This place is awesome. Mimi One of the employees is so helpful. I seen her today and she was very informative and very nice very patient and they are all like that Lately smoke shops have been very rude to me and very impatient Im not an easy Customer so for the patienceand kindness I was given this is by far my favorite smoke shop and there selection is amazing!!!!! If there’s something they don’t have They will order it for you or try to find it. You should go check them out. They’re great.

Here's a shorter, more natural version: I've been to a few smoke shops in the area, but this one is easily the best. Joseph is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find what you need. The shop has a great selection, fair prices, and is always clean and welcoming. Honestly, without Joseph, this place wouldn't be the same. Highly recommend!

He is awesome! We, Nancy and Opee Evans, love this store. He knows his products and creates a great atmosphere. Oh yah, don’t forget to tip… lol
