This spot has an amazing cigar collection with something for everyone. The seating areas are comfortable, inviting, and perfect for relaxing with a good smoke. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. What really makes this place stand out is the owner—absolutely phenomenal. Great accommodating, and genuinely cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. Highly recommend! The cigars selection always has the latest snd greatest with sports on over 6 big screen tvs in 2 extremely nice seating areas with various sports on all the time.

“If I could, I would give this place negative stars. The cigars were stale, the prices were extremely high, and the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed lazy and completely uninterested in helping customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend this place.”

Having been to this shop before, and having enjoyed it, I returned for an evening smoke with my wife. Cigars are more expensive here than the other place in Santa Barbara, and parking is expensive here as well ($10), but it advertises itself as dog friendly, so I brought my dog along. As I passed a man I had never met before, he said “Where you going buddy?” “In the back to smoke a cigar,” I replied, surprised. “Oh, alright.” “I’ve been here before,” I said, by way of explanation. “Okay,” he said. “You can leave.” I thought I misheard him. “What?” “You can leave now.” I was in shock. “What did I do?” “You were rude. I’m the business owner and I decide who can smoke here.” Unbelievable. I said no more. I left. And won’t be back.

Moses has the best cigar lounge on the west coast. Great selection. If you are nearby, treat yourself, buy a cigar, and chill. It’s a big reason I bring the family down to SB twice a year.

Stoped in by accident not having the best day and this place was amazing, great selection, owner (Mo) was great made sure I was comfortable with snacks and coffee, all the people were great. This is now on the list of why I'll make the drive to SB .....cigar fun run, better belive it.
