Bought a lighter for $20 and it was broken. The lady working there wouldn't take it back and she was the same person I purchased from. Super lame! I've been a loyal customer for years. The owner is super cool too. But I'm never ever going back there again.

Needed cigarette filter tubes but only had $4 and they came to $5.20. The lady who worked there was mad cool and just let the $1.20 slide, let me go even tho I was short. Karma is very real and she should be rewarded some how. Awesome place with a great selection of smoking products.
