A very quality, classy, and friendly neighborhood cigar lounge ! Excellent service (I am a novice to cigars) from Brian during the day and Joe at night. Always making me feel welcome and not intimidated by what I don’t know. I appreciate their help and advice without ever being pushy to sell. The humidor is large and beautiful with a great selection. The store is clean and classy. I’ve had the opportunity to rent the conference room for business meetings and it’s always on point, and reasonably priced. The lounge and lockers are the jewels! A great relaxing atmosphere, whether the music or the TV events, always somewhere sit comfortably. You can visit with members and visiting smokers or sit quietly and relax. A very diverse group of adults with great personalities and stories. It’s a place to feel at home while enjoying a good smoke. I’ve attended a few events (Live music, cigar industry presentations, and taco nights) and am always happy to see so many locals enjoying the time together. John & Javier have built a superior local Cigar Lounge for members and visitors alike. Thanks to the staff for the comfort and consistency!

Been to many Cigar Shops and this by far is the best one for me! Great selection and exceptional service. Treated very well and made me feel very comfortable. Brian, Randy and Joe are phenomenal by helping me pick out some sticks. Great selection and priced right!!! This is my favorite place by far!

This five star review is long overdue. Gave my number to Brian months ago for a stock check on a cigar that I was looking for. Months later I get a random text stating that he specifically got the God of Fire KKP: Never Back Down in stock. Two days later I picked this one up. Excellent service and excellent lounge all around. Normally I hang out at the lounges in LA but going to Santa Clarita is a nice little getaway from LA altogether once in a while. Thank you Brian! It was my first visit to this cigar lounge. Brian the manager is a great guy he made me feel welcome and he was very informative. They had a great selection of cigars in their humidor. The lounge was terrific and I enjoyed a chocolate cappuccino while I puffed away. It was a perfect way to relax after a rough day at work. This is a very fine cigar lounge and even though I'm only visiting from Pennsylvania I would definitely visit here again. Hey Brian keep up the great work!
