Walked into the store and it smelled heavily of cigars. I purchased a vape, and it tasted like a cigar—something I’ve never experienced before. I called to let them know, and the response I got was, “I don’t know what to tell you.” That level of customer service was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this business. Taking care of your customers should always come first.

I had an amazing experience in the store. The selection was very nice and the guy was very very friendly. You should definitely go check them out and send it whenever you’re in Santa Clarita. Very good smoke shop. I highly recommended.

My first time in a vape store was one for the books. On May the 4th, I needed a specific battery for my lightsaber, and found out some vapes use the same one. Allan at IDrip Vape was incredibly helpful. He let me try out a charger since my battery couldn't charge in the hilt. Thanks to him, I got an external charger and the saber was ready to duel that night. The force is strong with this shop.

how dare this man sell krave red bali capsules to my mother not letting her know the risks when taken with prescription medication, no info was provided just handed and said “oh these will work”. with no recommendations on dosages. i think it’s highly unprofessional to sell products with no known information provided. yes i know this is not a medical establishment but i feel it is incumbent of him to know the effects when i specially went in with my mother and mentioned she takes other medication. he did not even care one bit (i guess a sale is a sale to him) to what i said and sold them to her regardless. we then went to google to search the main ingredient risks and we found really bad results when mixed with blood pressure medication and just all together really bad! like i said i know she bought with her own will but i believe it is udderly disgusting to use people’s medical problems as a check. i do not recommend this place one bit very unprofessional.

Super friendly dude. He answered my questions over the phone then had what I needed when I arrived.
