katie acts like shes all sweet but she actually charges everything based off of how much she likes you. if you asked her for hours or for actually anything that was on your right as a customer to do , best believe she talks shit about you, i over heard her on pick up multiple times and am actually cool with people that work there and they would tell me. katie has horrible customer service. youd think a smoke shope employee would be chill… not her.

Gone here probably a couple dozen times over the course of 5 years, and every time it's a less than pleasant experience. The employees are rude, pushy, and have poor professionalism. I've easily spent 20 minutes simply waiting to get the store attendants attention because she was too busy gossiping with her co worker. Yet I kept trying to give it a chance. But the last time I went there was enough to make me never come back. I went into the store to make a 15-25$ purchase. I was the only customer there, yet was ignored as if I was the store attendant's friend who'd just come in to kick it.... I was told to wait while the two store attendants finished their personal stories. When they were ready to help, they were nonchalant and unconcerned. For an unmarked product, both of the workers literally made up 2 outrageously different numbers. The attendant than quickly changed the subject back to all the products they had accidentally broken today, and laughed it off. I felt as if I was the one being rude for interrupting THEM. At the end of it all I ended up paying about 40$ for the items, was ignored, then quickly shuffled out the door. Terrible experience, will never go back there, nor will I suggest this business to my friends and family.

I went late on a Friday night into Citrus to sadly buy a new piece and had the best experience here. The staff (Bailey and Kynzie) were kind, friendly and thoughtfully helped me pick out a new piece out of a well stocked case. I am very particular - & they were totally patient while I found what I needed and even offered to help me fix my broken piece! Thank you to Citrus!

The guy behind the counter is awesome — friendly, solicitous without being annoying or creepy, super knowledgable, friendly, and a natural at customer service. Great selection of goods at decent prices. This is the sort of place that could make even the surliest folk smile and say “If only other shops could be more like this one...”

Randall is the best. Grateful to have such a full service shop with everything you could need or want available. I don't even live in SR but, I specifically wait until I need a bit more product to come here specifically.
