Two times that I went into this place and they over charged me. The third time I went in there they sold me a used Fogger refill. Three strikes and you’re OUT! I refuse to go in that store ever again after that one. I would not recommend this place.

Every time I come to the store, I’ve been ripped off. Haven’t been here in almost a year, but it was my last desperate attempt to get the right part for my pen. It’s the pod that never needs replacing, but I had juice in mine and it was all stained brown so I wanted a new one. Not only did she tell me she had to sell me an entire case of them they ended up not being the right ones when I got them home. I even handed her my pen to make sure I got the right ones and she didn’t even want to look at it. And I know better than to go back down there because last time they gave me the wrong pack of coils they said they don’t do exchanges.

Came in looking to switch from cancer sticks to a vape and had such a great experience with Alexis. She gave me a breakdown of how to use my new device and also helped pair me with tasty flavors. On top of that when I asked for a good lunch recommendation she pointed me towards an excellent place with good price points right next door.

It's awesome to finally have a place in Simi that I know of be open to midnight!!! Plus he's got some really nice glass pieces and other paraphernalia besides just cigarettes like the name suggests!

10/10 Sammy is amazing, service is amazing, lovely environment. Come all the time and it’s awesome.
