I bought a Dragon Egg product from this store three days ago, but I was not satisfied with it at all. I found out that their exchange policy does not allow exchanges after two days. Unfortunately, I was out of town over the weekend visiting friends, so I wasn’t able to come back sooner. Today, I came directly to the store hoping to exchange the product for a higher-quality item and pay the price difference. It had only been three days, but they refused to make any exception or help me in any way. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the male employee who was working at the store today. The female employee who originally sold me the product was very helpful and polite. However, the male employee I dealt with today was completely different. He showed no interest in helping me, made absolutely no effort to find a solution, and had a careless and dismissive attitude. I honestly have never dealt with such a disrespectful salesperson. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted to exchange the product for a higher-quality and more expensive item and pay the difference. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend this store. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.

Been going here forever as they’re the only shop in Simi open late and open early, however, they sold me the WRONG item on a Friday night, never used it, went to return it on a Monday night, said couldn’t exchange anything after 48 hours. So would rather lose my business then accommodate a long time customer, so no longer will have my business. I had receipt, price tags still in tact, everything to prove it was perfectly resell-able. They show no loyalty to their loyal customers! There’s a perfectly well stocked smoke shop down the street that will be getting my business. Not recommended. Over/ priced. They also own the the Purple Haze shops in the SFV that we will be boycotting as well.

Not happy with this store what so ever, there prices are inconsistent depending on who’s working. One person will discount everything the next person will say they can’t do anything about the prices. It’s all good when they’re taking off 30% here and half off there, but then when they are not, you question how when buying the same thing, it cost you 10times more then any other smoke shop around. High turn over, usually means upper management sucks, I really don’t care, all I know is I am NOT HAPPY with the inconsistencies and will NOT be returning!!! I bought a $400 bong that when I put water into it, it poured straight onto the floor, it was behind the counter( what I should have seen as a first clue to what was going to be an issue) just thought someone changed they’re mind when realized the price tag, so I NEVER USED IT, not even once!!!! Went to return it, told me I could get half off a new bong! Wait- I was sold something that more than likely they knew-(someone who worked here had to have known) it was broken and they’re going to give me a discount on a different $400 bong? So I would in essence be paying $600 for a $400 bong! What a deal!!! I get if I broke it, but I didn’t break it. I told them they can see if I broke it parts would jiggle, nope- just basically stole from me and told me to kindly take in the rear and smile. This time I’m really not going back there ever again!! The only way they will actually care about their customers is if after seeing this, you choose to go somewhere else that gives a crap about their customers. It’s all good when everything goes right, but the true measure of a business and how they care about their customers is when things don’t go as planned, and when the don’t this place tells you to kick rocks!!

This place has been my go to since I arrived in Simi a few years ago. They have so much product and the staff is so friendly. They're my go to for head shop needs.

I came in there today (Tuesday Sept 30) around 11am.. there was a young fella wearing a ballcap who was just the BEST. I kept asking him to price check things, he answered all my questions, and he did it all with a FANTASTIC attitude. I worked in customer service for like 20 years, so I know a superstar when I see one. Give the kid a raise!!!
