My experience at SOUTH CITY SMOKESHOP has been TOP NOTCH!! I make the extra trek to drive to South City from Portola SF bc of the assortment of products and their customer service. Ali who manages the Smoke Shop on Grand Ave, SSF goes the extra mile to make sure customers feel comfortable and get what it is they’re looking for. I recently had an issue with a product sold there and when I reached out about the problem Ali made sure I was satisfied with an easy exchange the same day. I can even text beforehand to make sure the products are stocked. I get the impression that they’ll try to find what it is you’re looking for. The only drawback are their prices, across the bay you can get better deals & discounts when buying more than one, and on Grand Ave, you’ll be paying full price. I’m a return customer and highly recommend this shop! Hours of business are great, they're open from 9:00am -11:00 pm ** Parking at peak times can be a headache but dueing the daytime I can find parking out front. Parking is otherwise metered all up Grand Ave., no room for double parking and South City PD isn’t tolerant of shenanigans!

This vape shop rocks!! Better than the ones here in the south!!! I was here visiting from South Carolina and I was looking for a vape that I couldn’t seem to find and walked right in and found the perfect vape!! I’m in love💕💕💕 the owner is super sweet and the store is very clean!! I cannot wait to come back and visit I really enjoy my experience here!! I wish I could've taken the whole store home with me lolz!!! The prices are better than here in the South!! Much more better selection and wide variety, it was so much I had a hard time on deciding!!
