I've gone into this shop a few times now and let me just say - awkward and uncomfortable. I shouldn't feel trapped when I walk into a shop hoping for a quick, nice, easy purchase with good customer service. The employee should not be laying down and on his phone. Nor should he insist multiple times that my ID is not mine because my weight has changed and I am on the shorter side for height. The worker said I looked like a minor, specifically age 16 or 17, commenting that I was too short to truly be a fully grown adult. All while keeping my ID and being on his phone, extending the interaction more than necessary, giving me silence for several seconds only to follow up with "well you look good now, hope you stay that way." right after saying I apparently resemble a minor? That's weird and gross. He only rung up my purchase once another customer (male) came into the shop, looking around frantically too as if he had been caught or something. Just straight up weird. Definitely would not recommend to people considering this store - I tried twice to give them the benefit despite my doubt, and got the same result both times. 0/10 experience.

I am writing on behalf of many people who had multiple interactions at this business that were unprofessional. And that was, quite frankly, very inappropriate. To keep this short, I will talk about one person and her experiences. On her first visit, the employee questioned her ID in a highly unprofessional manner and made unnecessary comments about her appearance, including remarks about her photo and weight. While awkward, she chose to overlook it at the time. Unfortunately, a recent visit was significantly worse. Upon entering, she was not acknowledged for an extended period, as the employee was disengaged and on his phone behind the counter. When she attempted to make a purchase, he again questioned her ID in an excessive and uncomfortable way, asking irrelevant personal questions. He then made inappropriate comments about her appearance, including remarks about her age and how she looked, which are completely unacceptable in a customer service setting. Notably, his behavior shifted immediately when other customers (male) entered the store, at which point he acted professionally. After hearing about this, I looked into other reviews and found similar complaints regarding the same individual. This suggests a pattern of behavior that management should take seriously. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. Professionalism and customer respect should be a common standard, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Posting this on behalf of my friend because what she experienced here was honestly really uncomfortable and not okay. She had gone here before and already had a weird interaction with the same employee (apparently the owner’s son). It was awkward, but she let it go. She ended up going back recently because other shops didn’t have what she needed, and it was even worse this time. When she walked in, the employee was literally laying down behind the counter on his phone and didn’t acknowledge her for a while. She had to speak first just to get any service. When she tried to make a purchase, he again kept insisting her ID wasn’t her and started asking random questions like her height and ID number. Then he made multiple uncomfortable comments, including saying she looked like she was “16 or 17,” and immediately after said “you look good now, I hope you stay that way.” That’s completely inappropriate to say to a customer. He also held onto her ID and didn’t ring her up right away, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. What’s worse is that as soon as other customers (men) walked in, his behavior suddenly changed and he started acting normal. After hearing her experience, I looked at other reviews and saw similar complaints about this same employee. It seems like when the owner is there things might be fine, but when he’s working, it’s a problem. Definitely would not recommend this place based on how she was treated.

They have a lot of good stuff to offer and smoke with their collection is one of the best in town. I would recommend this place for your smoking pleasure. They are temporarily closed due to selling vape 💔💔💔😭😭😭
