Weirdddd!!! Made a purchase, they did not give me my change. Receipt says my change is $0. What??? When I inquired about my change, guy played dumb then scanned an item to be able to open the register… hands me my change and gives me a new receipt that says I have change owed. How does the first receipt say I’m not due any change then magically I am? Idc how small the amount is, don’t play with me about my money! If he would’ve said “your change is___ , do you want it?” I would’ve probably just said “just keep it.” It’s that sneaky shit I don’t like. Then talking to me like I’m crazy or dumb. I came here a while back and forgot why I stopped.. I’ll never come back here

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst service I’ve ever received, all the men in here are super rude. I bought a bong that didn’t work because it was designed poorly and brought it back immediately and they said they couldn’t do anything about except give me 20% off of another overpriced bong. They told me that I should have tried it in the store before I left, how am I supposed to test out at bong? Worst customer service, their prices for the pipes are way too expensive. I would recommend going to the smoke shop down the street. Update: to the person who responded to my review and is lying trying to say I used my bong and then tried to return it. You told me that I should have used the product before trying to return it to make sure it doesn’t work. Which is exactly what I did and when I came back as soon as the smoke shop opened again to return a faulty bong that you guys sold me, you gave me issues and tried to sell me another overpriced bong at 20% off. Why would I spend more money at your shop? Because the service is so great? You were rude and making up fake rules to sell your broken products. I was never interested in your pipes so not sure how telling me it costs $4.99 is helping. Like I said, this place is way overpriced and the staff is super rude. Again I’d recommend going to the smoke shop down the street where you can buy a bong for half the price.

They charge a .79 surcharge fee for using your debit card which they made that illegal now to do at business and can report any they do still charge ! So take cash if you buy here unless you want a charge that shouldn’t be added

When I'm in Stockton this is the only place I will go. The Employees are always really friendly and greet you with a smile. The store is always clean and organized. The prices are cheaper than other stores too. They open early which saves me time in having to drive further.

Overpriced on everything, don’t bother even going in. All of their products are cheap chinese items that should only be $1-3 but they sell it for $8-11. Nothing is quality and the butane can I bought from them doesn’t even work
