Stopped by Cosmic Vape and Smoke Shop a few times to check out their cigar selection. They’ve got a really wide range of stuff overall bongs, e-rigs, heady glass, and all kinds of smoking accessories, so there’s definitely a lot to look at. The employee working there was nice and helpful right away, answered questions and didn’t make it feel awkward just browsing, which I appreciate. Shop itself is pretty stocked and organized for the most part. Only downside for me was the cigar case the selection looked kinda old and not really up to par compared to everything else in the store. If they refreshed that, it’d easily be a 5. Still a solid spot overall.

Super helpful and knowledgeable! I didn’t catch his name, I came in for coils but they didn’t have the type I had been using. He was going to order them for me. Ten minutes later, I get a call. After researching he found I’d been sold the wrong coils from a different shop. He had the correct coils in stock! Great prices and amazing service. I found my new favorite shop and will go back to explore all the merchandise on display! Thank you!

Made a purchase that ended up being defective product. I tried to exchange it for another one within 4 days and they wouldn't. At first they would only offer 15% off another purchase. Ended up leaving the defective product on the counter for them to throw away, since it was garbage to begin with. They even remember me making the original purchase but still wouldn't back the product they sell. Last time I shop at their store and will advise others to go somewhere that cares about customer satisfaction. Felt like I made a purchase at a flea market instead of a real store.
