I had a great experience, I was able to look at products carefully, the energy was great, the products are very unique. Super impressed with the staff I met on May 4th in the afternoon. Really respectful, kind, and has patience with us browsing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for customer service.

Go anywhere else but here....... This is the second time they sold me old stale tobacco. This time I specifically asked for a fresh bag and they sold me a bag that was already open. Didn't notice until I got home. Cigars were old and stale. They treat there customers like crap and think its funny. Horrible staff. One time the owner and the employee stood there chatting for quite a while before even acknowledging their customer. Then sold me a bag of tobacco with holes punched In the bag in hopes it goes stale before use. Which it did. Don't waste your money or time going there. Better off going to the one by Walmart. Horrible old products and terrible service. I assume they assumed I was just traveling through due to out of state license and attempt to pawn off old crap assuming I would not return. They wouldn't replace the old stale crap for a fresh bag.

Copenhagen over a year old?!?! Is this legal??? One star only because it's minimal.

Very nice store and is handy for smokers needs. wish the prices would be a Little more negotiable
