I love the smell of the smoke shop. And Roy turned us onto the best cigars. I love the tobacco, pipes, and the choices of ashtrays were magnificent. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Amazing spot to grab a cigar and relax. It's very cozy, but the ambiance and experience is wonderful. The staff has always been top notch as far as helping out with the right choices. There are tons of cigars and other smoking accessories to choose from. If you want, you can also go smoke on the patio. Located in the hearth of old town temecula, easy to walk to from any of the near by parking, there is also a brewery right next door. There are also a few tvs inside for watching a game.

Not a friendly place. Will not be back. Was met as soon as I came in the door as if I was lost, I even mentioned it to the man who rang me up that I knew what I was there for...if I could have given it no stars based on that I would have. I purchased a cigar, which was offered to be cut. I mentioned I left my lighter, no response. Sure they don't need my money, and they don't have to worry about that again.

I have to give a 1 star strictly because of who I am and what I believe in. The guys at the shop and the selection are a 5 but the shop is in "old town Temecula" but parking is bought from a company in Louisiana. You have to pay for parking however if the machine isn't working how or what do you do. I went in for 5 minutes and had a 88.00 ticket on my car and no one still around to talk to. Sorry to say but there are other cigar lounges that I can go to without the hassle.

Amazing first experience. Walked in to get my great grandfather's wooden pipes repaired and to maybe get into smoking cigars. It was kind of overwhelming walking in at first, but was greeted by Roy who was very friendly and helped steer me where I needed to go, recommended cigars, taught me how to cut, and how to light. Was so happy with my first experience and cigar recommendations I've been back there about 5-6 times to get more cigars. Never have had a bad experience with Gus or Roy. Love the environment love the people. One of these days I'll make time to have a stick down there. Check out the podcast also The cigar smokers. It's on apple and Spotify.
