The lady was very helpful at South Bay smoke shop was very kind and help me figure out my issue and is always very helpful and good customer service and gave me a free torch

My experience was terrible and the price for cigarettes was $2.00 per pack more than elsewhere. And the lady was not at all pleasant.

I shopped at this establishment just once, and it was enough for me to definitely never go back again. There is a woman with a major major attitude that was constantly on the telephone, speaking a foreign language, and not even given me the time of day very poor business practice

I love this place. I honestly don’t know what most of the products in there are but I love looking at them. Seems like so many gift ideas! I love checking out the candles and other fresheners…occasionally picking up cigarettes for my hubby….but over the years I’ve come to know Ery and Sam. Ery is the best sometimes I go in just to say hello especially if picking up food from next door. Ery always greets me with a smile. Always has a little chat with me. I’ve seen on occasion when I’ve been there Ery has had customers try to take advantage etc and being a smallish female she’s learnt how to stand up for herself and keep the shop safe if Sam happens to be out the back. She’s amazing. If you’re in the area go in and say hi to Ery or Sam. They and you will be glad you did. Super nice people!

This shop is alright. Lady who works there in the morning had a nasty attitude. I was just trying to check out some cigars. They had a small selection, didn't even bother to stand up and walk over to open the case. Since she could not be bothered at all I just left. I wanted to pick up a disposable vape for a friend but she didn't seem to know much about the flavors, even tried to tell me there's no mint or menthol in the flum bars, good one.
