The lady was very helpful at South Bay smoke shop was very kind and help me figure out my issue and is always very helpful and good customer service and gave me a free torch

My experience was terrible and the price for cigarettes was $2.00 per pack more than elsewhere. And the lady was not at all pleasant.

I shopped at this establishment just once, and it was enough for me to definitely never go back again. There is a woman with a major major attitude that was constantly on the telephone, speaking a foreign language, and not even given me the time of day very poor business practice

This shop is alright. Lady who works there in the morning had a nasty attitude. I was just trying to check out some cigars. They had a small selection, didn't even bother to stand up and walk over to open the case. Since she could not be bothered at all I just left. I wanted to pick up a disposable vape for a friend but she didn't seem to know much about the flavors, even tried to tell me there's no mint or menthol in the flum bars, good one.
