So me and my GF have been struggling to find a consistent supplier for what we need and its been hard. Online sites are not shipping, not to many options close to us, and worst of all the options that we do have around us are not good. Then came this beacon in the dark, while sorting through hundreds of reddit post looking for any shop that would have what we need we saw one name keep popping up. Upland! Not only do they do online ordering they also mail it. Talked to a friend turns out he shops here to so we started ordering only from here. Just recently our order had a bit of a mix up and we got the wrong product. I called, fully prepared to be told sorry nothing we can do. NOPE They immediately say so sorry for the mix up we can get those sent out asap. Now I'm shook to my core I was not expecting that much less such a quick turn around. Unfortunately we were leaving for a funeral and would not be home to be sure they would be delivered. They said no problem let us know when your back and we will send them. Well friend lemme tell you they just sent them out today and I can't tell you how much I appreciate this shop truly. If you want good stuff and solid prices and beyond good customer service you need to come here. Thank you all so much !!!

Strange place. The shelves are almost completely empty. I was in the store for over 5 min and I would say closer to 10 min. With no employee in the store! I'm not joking. As it turns out, She was walking her dog of all things. Store was unlocked. At 1st I thought they might be in the bathroom. I was calling out. HELLO! no response. What ever.
