So, I don’t go to smoke shops very often at all but was needing to make a purchase so I called a few places and out of all the places this place was willing to take the time with me over the phone. I spoke to Howard. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time with me to school me down on a product. If I’m gonna spend my money then the least a business can do is spend time educating customers and Howard didn’t fall short, he exceeded my expectations. I have many smoke shops near me but I’d go back to Up in Smoke shop again. If you’re in need to going to a smoke shop and you’re in the area definitely go pay Howard a visit, he gives exceptional service. Great a job Howard! 👏🏼
