Terrible. Watched 7 possible customers come to the door and just walk away due to it being locked mind you the business has been open for 50 mins and already needing a 20 min break is ridiculous. I’ll never ever come back here and definitely tell everyone not to as well.

This is the second time I have come here and every time I get wraps that they are completely dried out. I got some yesterday and he talked me into getting the 3 for $5 and I get home to use them and they just disintegrate.I will never go to this place again.I gave them a second chance they ruined it

I stop in here to buy incense every couple months! They always have the kinds I like and I can tell it’s fresh; as the fragrance is never ruined from over exposure to heat and it’s never dried out or color faded. The staff is always very attentive, kind, helpful, and treats every person who walks through the door with dignity & respect. I really like this little smoke shop. They have a good selection of pipes, smokes, RYO products, and have CA Lotto & Scratchers available as well. Now about the workers; The guy (May be the owner?) is ALWAYS super nice and helpful but can't say the same about the older Caucasian lady & is where the 2 star rating comes from. One day she can be nice but the next day she can be SUPER rude and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by asking a question about a product or asking to see a product. Not good, especially when there are plenty of other options out there to give your business. I'm all about patronizing the Mom & Pop shops but not knowing which "face" you're going to get with the older lady is reason enough for me to not spend my money here. It's unfortunate because I really like the shop & the guy who works here/or owns the shop.
