The gentleman working inside was incredibly helpful! I went in to buy loose leaf tobacco and he helped me decide what to get! I was very excited to see they have such a huge variety of Satya Incense for the best price I've ever found. That brand is hard to find! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I received very helpful service from someone who works behind the counter. His honesty about how nothing they sold was overall healthy for me and some information about what he did to help him quit tobacco helped me purchase what I did and go to the food mill in Oakland to get herbal teas.

Alll the men that work here are handsome. They’re are also kind & classy. They’re friendly & helpful. They also have a great selection, they make sure to help you quickly, & they all have great attitudes. I like this store a lot. I’d recommend it to anyone that smokes anything. Very very very very very very disrespectful ownership not good for business bad business practice. Does not care about you spending your good money with them however they're selling bad products and okay with it do not buy from this store beware
