I love the environment and everyone that works there it's so chill and knowledgeable.

I shop here all The time. Never had a problem. Until Today. It is not my fault you have 5 parking spots. The guy who Answered the door. Swiftly asked if I had a placed. Not hello. No high. Very accusatory. Just because you can’t see 1) my placard 2) my disability Doesn’t mean you have the right to ask about my handicap. And yes sir. It is against the law! I will Never shop here again. Not when there are so many choices.

I can’t begin to say how fantastic this place is. Great product, solid prices and 💯 customer service. I’ve been to other local dispensaries and Pure Aloha is top notch. The Aloha is real! 💚🤙🏻

This place is beautiful, really. The atmosphere and vibes are great. Which makes the rest of this more painful, because I really wanted to love this place. My issues are: firstly, the one item I came for wasn't in stock even though it states it's available on their online menu. The employees not informing customers of things such as how their system works when it comes to debit card transactions. (It works like an ATM so it withdraws more than your total and the employee gives you cash back for the difference. Would have loved to have known that ahead of time.) Lastly, my friend purchased one item and was told her total was $20 and got charged $28 instead plus a $3 service fee which we weren't informed of either prior to either of our purchases. We walked out of this place with 2 grams of basic concentrate for $60. We feel completely ripped off considering we could have gotten 3 grams of rosin for that price at other shops. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Super friendly and easy to purchase, color coded system and very helpful staff. Would 100% come here again.
