This young dude they got working in there needs some extra training, or communication classes, because his customer service and comprehension is lacking. I simply went in there to buy leafs and to tell this establishment about their defective product. I didn’t ask for a refund at all, yet this idiot kept mentioning “if you want a refund you should’ve brought it in the same day or called and told me”, I said I didn’t have time to do that , he responds and says “so it’s your fault”… I say “it’s my fault your item didn’t work?” He says “i check every item before I sell it”, I told him “you may usually, but what you did was check the item closest to you & then picked up the color I chose and did not check it”, he decided to argue and tell me “ no I always check it, you can just sit here and lie and tell me anything”, I told him “I don’t lie, and if you really think all that just check your cameras” he said “okay which exact day did you come in?” I said “I can come back with that exact information”, he got agitated and started aggressively pulling out all the other lighters and putting them on the counter trying to prove to me all the other lights work” I told him “that’s cool if those ones do, but mines didnt… it didn’t even have fuel in it when I took it home, so how could you have tested it out?” He then turns it around on me saying “well that’s your fault you shoundve checked it! Don’t you try on your shoes when you go to buy them? (Completely unrelated comparisons) and have nothing to do with him lying and saying he knows for a fact he checked it. Then goes to the other side of the store and fills up one of the lights, attempting to prove to me it works… but that’s not the one I bought. Nonetheless , he was completely unprofessional, argumentative, and lied about checking the item before selling it to me. He decided to argue for about 10mins, because he couldn’t accept accountability and was sure it was my fault… because I took it home. I just wanted to inform him he had some faulty items. Because even after attempting to fuel it myself, the fuel just ran all out as soon as I lit it, everytime

They close early sometimes so make sure you call if you trying to catch them before they close. Do all that driving just to find that they closed would get you feeling some kinda way sometimes lol. But these by ppls they good folks in here
